At Tiny Jolly Toy Shop, we want every collector to be delighted with their treasures. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these guidelines:

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• Request must be made within 15 days of delivery
• Item must be in original condition (unopened, unused, with all original packaging)
• Must include all certificates, accessories, and protective wrapping
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

2. Complete the Return Request Form (template provided below)
3. Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
4. Pack your item securely using the original packaging if possible
5. Ship your return to our enchanted workshop (we’ll provide the address)

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your package
• Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Note for International Collectors: Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Return Shipping

For returns not due to our error:

• You’re responsible for return shipping costs
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service
• The item is your responsibility until it reaches our workshop

For damaged or incorrect items:

• We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label
• Please include photos of the damage or incorrect item with your request

Exchanges

Prefer a different treasure? We happily accept exchanges for:

• Items of equal or greater value (you’ll pay the difference)
• Available products in our current collection

Exchange processing follows the same timeline as returns. We’ll ship your new item once we receive and inspect the returned product.
