At Tiny Jolly Toy, your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the blind box nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preferences or duplicate items.

✅ Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged or defective upon arrival

• You receive the wrong item

• Items must be unopened and in original packaging

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue.

⚠️ Important Notes:

• We do not offer exchanges for duplicate blind box items

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours

• Refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected
